The things people actually ask
Yes. Steps one to four of the estimate ask only about your move — where, when, which floor, and what you own. The price appears on screen at the end of step four. We ask for a phone number only if you want to lock that price, and locking is optional.
Because the price depends on volume, and volume cannot be known exactly until someone has seen your home. A range with a stated method is honest; a precise number before a survey is a number that will change after pickup. Once we complete a video or on-site survey, the range narrows to within a few per cent and we lock it.
Only four things, and all of them are listed on your quote: items added or removed after the survey, access details different from what you entered, a vehicle of the quoted size not being able to reach your door, and waiting beyond two hours at either end. Nothing else. There is no fuel charge, no unloading charge and no material charge waiting at the end.
The evening before your move you get the crew: names, photographs, ID verification status, years with us, plus the driver and vehicle registration. When they arrive they ask you for an OTP. Do not share it until they are at your door.
Before anything is wrapped, the crew photographs the condition of your goods against your digital inventory. If an item is damaged you file a claim from your dashboard against that record. We acknowledge within 48 hours and settle or explain within seven working days.
